In favor of Board filing informal complaint to FCC & SCC regarding inadequate CenturyLink services. Agree the Board should Pursue mediation services to reach a suitable outcome for residents. Agree with need for public facing website to inform the public of the activity of the office, and to provide resources for residents experiencing service issues, including links to the FCC and SCC complaint pages. Would it help for neighborhoods to have a contact person to streamline reporting issues to the Board and sharing information from the Board with impacted neighbors? In this work, learn, train, and access health online from home environment we all need reliable internet and land lines from a competent and responsive provider with up-to-date and maintained infrastructure for broadband access. Cell service is too spotty to rely on that as only option in emergency.
