Please rescind SE2022-00068 concerning Kindrick Farm. When a contract is active to deliver clean earth fill to the Kendrick farm, we get a truck through our neighborhood as often as every five minutes, as early as 6:00 AM and as late as 10:00 PM. These trucks have no choice but to use their engine brakes to make the turn into the neighborhood when fully loaded - and, because they are required to use the Advance Mills Road at Earlysville Forest Drive entrance by special exception, they are then proceeding down a steep grade and over a creek where their weight has damaged the roadbed. Their presence literally shakes our homes to the foundation and their weight exceeds anything our small, non-highway grade neighborhood streets were meant to handle. Earlysville Forest Road has suffered damage as a result, something which the code on clean earth fill states must be prevented. These trucks disturb the peace and make quiet enjoyment of our homes impossible.
