To receive public comment on a proposed Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (PRO Housing) grant application in the amount of approximately $6.2 million. The County proposes to utilize the grant funds to develop and implement the following programs: $5 million dollars to capitalize an Affordable Rental Housing Revolving Loan Fund to support the construction and preservation of affordable rental units, and $1 million to capitalize a Small Landlord Loan fund to support the preservation of affordable rental units.
