Hello, I will speak to the board about the Riverbend Development Oak Bluff proposal in Crozet as it relates to the surrounding communities, including Westlake Hills where I am a resident. I am prepared to share why the proposal for Oak Bluff is detrimental to surrounding communities and why the proposal ought to be denied or postponed until the developer answers pertinent questions and amends its proposal to be more reasonable.
Good afternoon, FYI I will be speaking as the Chair of the Piedmont Community Land Trust and will update the board on the closing of the final home at Springhill Village and Avon Park. I will have a few handouts that will show who we helped, the average AMI, how the 625K grant was used, and so on. I can bring them with me or attach them here. Thank you, Keith
