I am a resident and voter living in the White Hall district. Legislation that took effect in July of 2021 on paper allows localities to adopt ranked choice voting reforms, but it does not require providing the certification of voting machine software from the central Department of Elections. This is why I am asking the Board to add this issue to its Legislative Request agenda on behalf of the residents that live in the county.
