I strongly support our neighborhood child development centers request for rezoning, for all the reasons previously mentioned here. The floodplain and parking issue seems very small relative to the Significant benefits to the people and the community by having this high quality program available. I further trust that the Environmentally aware director of the our neighborhood program will do everything in her power to minimize or eliminate any environmental issues. I asked the board to support the community and this young business owner by approving the rezoning of the property.
