As Co-founder and Artistic Director of Crozet Arts, I urge you to adopt Resolution 20-312. We have been tenants in the Old Crozet School since August 2009; we have contributed over a quarter-million dollars in rent and improvements to the building; as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we have nurtured a thriving and treasured community arts center. Unable to hold classes during the mandated COVID-19 closures, our income has dropped to zero. We need a rent wavier to survive this crisis. Please help us.
